Property of the month

This is a special listing section, containing only one advert. It is positioned at the homepage of the web site in its four language versions (English, Bulgarian, Romanian and Russian). In addition, this type of advert will be shown before any other standard property listing when using the search engine of the site or browsing any general property category (for ex. Apartments, Coastal, specific location etc...), therefore ensuring a constant visibility.
This type of advert is most suitable for construction companies or individuals wishing to present their residential, commercial or holiday properties for sale. A maximum of 19 images can be uploaded for each property. Only a single property is allowed to be advertised at this section, making this type of advert really unique.

Price: from 100 BGL (52 Euros incl. VAT) per property per month
