Top Offers

The property adverts in this section are presented as the standard ones, but also have the important advantage of being positioned on the home page of the web site, as well as on all other sub-pages of the site. They are positioned in a special 'box' on the right hand side of the web site, making them 100% visible.
In addition, these adverts are translated for free from a member of our team of professionals and published in all language versions of the web site - English, Bulgarian, Russian and Romanian.
The number of properties presented in the 'Top Offers' section is limited and this is another difference with the standard offers.
There are few sub-categories to the 'Top Offers' section from which you can choose, depending on the type or location of the property:

- By basic location: City, Rural, Coastal, Ski, Mountain, Golf, SPA resort
- By property type: Apartments, Houses, Land, Commercial (including all kinds of commercial and industrial properties)

To advertise your properties in this section, you only need to send us the full information by e-mail or via the easy upload system on the web site. You can add up to 13 images for each property advert.


Price: from 70 BGL (36 Euros incl.  VAT) per property per month
