Location

Lozenets is a small picturesque village located in Southeast Bulgaria, on the territory of the Municipality of Tsarevo. It is situated 65 km south from Burgas and 7 km from the municipal centre – the town of Tsarevo, hidden between it and Kiten.

  History
The village was founded in 1924 as a place for holiday and relaxation - a wonderful place which combines the beauty of the mountain and the warmth of the golden Black Sea sand.
Lozenets is a typical fishing village which provides fresh fish and sea delicacies for the local restaurants. The local wine adds to the exotics on the menu of most of the diners. For those who prefer to be entertained at night, the resort offers night bars, discotheques and clubs.

  Transport
There is a regular bus service between Lozenets and Bourgas. In addition to that, you can hire a boat to or from the nearby port in Tsarevo.

In the recent years Lozenets has been establishing itself even more as the favourite holiday destination not only for foreign tourists, but for Bulgarians as well, because of its affordability and serene atmosphere.
