Sea Fort Club is the fifth complex of FORT NOKS GRAND RESORT, which also includes Imperial Fort Club, Crown Fort Club, Panorama Fort Beach and Marina View Fort Beach
The new complex is located near the holiday village Elenite, which is next to St. Vlas and the most developed Bulgarian resort - Sunny Beach, next to a lovely secluded beach and offers a magnificent breath-taking sea view and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. The apartment buildings are built of steel-concrete construction and roof of “Bardolin”. The outer walls of the buildings are isolated with 4 cm thermo-isolation.
Completion of the apartments is as follows:
Entrance hall: floor - terra-cotta; walls – latex paint; ceiling –latex paint
Bathroom: floor - terra-cotta; walls – tiles to the ceiling; false ceiling; sanitary equipment: toilette bowl, mixing tap, shower cabin; accessories – bathrobe, circle towel rail, toilet paper rail, closet brush; upper and lower cupboards; electric boiler
Living room/bedrooms: floor - laminated parquet; walls - latex paint; ceiling – latex paint; air-conditioning (winter-summer) in each room; PVC joinery with inside blinds and mosquito nets

Maintenance & Management
Maintenance fee: 12 Euros per sq. m. and includes:
Maintenance of the territory of the complex, common parts of the buildings, swimming pools, green areas, security, Electricity for the common parts.
Free of charge services:
- Ventilation of the apartment in owner’s absence;
- Using of the sun beds/lounge for the swimming pool;
- Using of the parasol sunshade for the swimming pool.
Additional fees apply for takig advantage of the following:
- cleaning of the apartments all year round
- repairs of the apartments
- payment of the running accounts for the apartment /taxes, electricity, water etc./
- rent-a-car
- furnishing of the apartments
- using of the fitness club, tennis court, sauna, beauty centre, medical services
- cable TV and telephone
- other services, needed by the owners for their comfortable stay in Sea Fort Club
Price
Payment options:
Option 1 - 5% discount from the original price:
- 50% of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
The remaining 50 % can be paid with the following deferred payments:
- Up to 1 year - deferred payment with no interest;
- Up to 3 years deferred payment with 6.3 % annual interest;
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 9.8 % annual interest;
Option 2 - 7.5 % discount from the original price:
- 50% of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract
- The remaining 50 % payable within 3 months
For 100% payment on signing of the preliminary contract - 10% discount
Option 3 - No discount (general prices)
- 40% of the price payable in four installments in 9 months time as follows:
- 10 % of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract;
- 10 % of the price within 3 months after first installment;
- 10 % of the price within 3 months after second installment;
- 10 % of the price within 3 months after third installment;
The remaining 60 % can be paid with Fort Noks deferred payments:
- Up to 1 year - deferred payment with no interest;
- Up to 3 years deferred payment with 6.3 % annual interest;
- Up to 5 years deferred payment with 9.8 % annual interest;
Title Deeds is received by owners after paying in full.
