Belmont hotel encompasses a five-storey building with 8247 sq. m. of floor space with 2524 sq. m. of built-up area. There are a total of 78 suites; 60 double rooms, 14 apartments and 4 luxury VIP apartments. All guest rooms are equipped with TV, radio, telephone, mini bar, and en-suite bathroom facilities; VIP rooms have a separate living area with jacuzzi bath and a home cinema system. Security is provided with programmable electronic chip card managed by the hotel reception. The hotel is fitted with a state-of-the-art CCTV security system with 24hour recording and remote monitoring. Wireless Internet connection is available to all suites and meeting areas of the hotel.

Most treatment rooms are fitted with their own shower. Robes and footwear are provided by the Spa centre reception staff. There is a 12.5m2 swimming pool complimented by a heated hydro jacuzzi and a summer lounge area overlooking the spruce and fir trees of the Pamporovo mountains.

The Belmont Hotel Gym is well equipped with training equipment from the famous fitness brand "Technogym".


Restaurant and Bar

Belmont Hotel has a 150 place restaurant served by a modern commercial kitchen with storage areas over two floors. The restaurant is separated into two sections; a 105 place general seating area and a 45 place Tavern with a feature fireplace with waterwheel powered roasting skillet.
There are a total of three bars on the hotel compound; 1) the Lobby bar, 2) the Night Club bar and 3) the Bowling Alley bar. The Lobby bar has a fully stocked cocktail bar with a selection of draught beers and facilities to serve light snacks; it serves a total of 90 places with 65 luxury sofa seats and a further 35 outdoor seats in a summer garden. There is also a full size pool table in the lobby area.


Entertainment

Belmont Hotel has a multiple entertainment facilities for the entire family all within the confines of the hotel compound.
Bowling – Four lane professional bowling alley with a stone masonry and full wall mirror décor. The reception area has bowling footwear facilities and sells bowling equipment and accessories. There is a self contained cocktail bar area complete with luxury seating and sound and lighting system.
Night Club – The night club is located on the basement floor close to the pool area with a cocktail bar, luxury seating area, dance floor and powerful sound and lighting effects systems.
Ski Depot – A storage facility for all sizes of Ski, Snowboard and Sledge equipment with fitting and instruction briefing areas.
Snow Mobiles – Powerful Ski-Doo snow vehicles with access to mountain snow routes direct from the hotel compound.
Quad Bikes - All Terrain Vehicles capable of traversing both on and off road trails; very popular in the summer seasons.
Mountain Bicycles – A selection of mountain bikes for all the family are available.
The above mentioned equipment is owned by the Hotel, all operated and maintained by qualified hotel staff. Other entertainment and outdoor activities are also available in partnership with external local companies and can be booked from the hotel reception.


Conference Facilities

The hotel has a 100 seat conference facility complete with audio / visual equipment and a separate access point from the main hotel entrance. This and all other communal areas have Internet access via Wi-Fi connection. There is also a separate computer room with desktop computers close to the lobby area available to guest and conference candidates.


Commercial

The Belmont Hotel is fully owned and managed by a Bulgarian registered management company. The Hotel including the buildings, all premises, operating licenses and current contractual agreements are offered for sale. The Hotel has realised 100% occupancy in the peak season in the last four years of operation and a increasing off peak occupancy rates due to the growing Bulgarian Ecotourism industry.
Expansion potential:
There is room for expansion of the hotel on it's own premises and the possibility of building a casino as a joint venture with the hotel or as a independent business operatoion.
