  This is a new residential complex, comprising of two separate buildings with a total of 43 apartments in the fast developing area of White Lagoon, near Balchik.
The area is famous for its closure to the three 18-hole golf courses and the Balneology resort of Tuzlata. More tourists are attracted every year, because of the clean air, unspoiled nature and light see breeze.
