Sunrise Housing Complex is situated in 'Obzor-North' Resort, on the borderline of Varna and Bourgas administrative regions.
The complex consists of 4 buildings offering in total 300 one-, two- or three-bedroom apartments, each of them with total area of between 50 and 109 sq.m.
Most of the apartaments boast a magnificent sea view. Each building is structured in 7 sections, each of them has a porter room that will control the access to the living areas. Each section has an elevator and access for disabled is provided.

Location

Sunrise Housing Complex is situated in the northern part of Obzor coastal resort.
The resort is close to some other coastal resorts - Byala town is 5 kilometers away, Varna is 60 km to the north, at 30 km distance is Sunny Beach, Nessebar town is 34 km away and Bourgas city is 60 km away.
The beach is one of the longest on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast - about 10 km long and 30-90 m wide. The sand is very fine with a golden hue. Obzor is one of the Black Sea resorts with long, interesting and dynamic history. It is situated on the hills of Stara Planina Mountain, gently sloping down to the Black Sea. The town has a wide beach line, which streches from Sveti Atanas Cape all the way to Mona Petra Cape. The famous Irakli Beach is not far away.
The area surrounding Obzor is exceptionally beautiful and interesting. It is a region of many beaches lying between picturesque rocks and capes. Not far away is the Emine Cape, which is the furthermost point of Stara Planina Mountain. This area is known as 'paleocastro' and in Medieval times there used to be a fortress called Emona. Rock chapels have been built in the shore region and the caves have given refuge to monks and hermits.
Today Obzor is a great holiday spot, which offers a range of services to its guests. Most of the hotels are new and luxurious; Restaurants offer great food and the night life can definitely satisfy all requirements.
