There are over 100 hotels and 130 dining places in Sunny Beach. The historic town of Nessebar is only a few kilometers away, so are the nearby resorts of Saint Vlas and Pomorie.

'Chairite' holiday complex consists of 19 luxurious houses, a hotel building with apartments and a number of facilities including swimming pools, deluxe spa centre, gym, restaurant and many more.

Available for sale are 3-bedroom houses with sizes ranging from 140 to 154 sq. m. and apartments with sizes between 46 and 94 sq. m.

Each house consists of 3 en-suite bedrooms, toilet, open plan kitchen, dining area, spacious lounge and private terraces. The houses are offered for sale fully finished and air-conditioned, but furniture is not included in the price. Individual furniture packs can be provided to buyers' upon request.

Apartments' types include studios, one- bedroom and two- bedroom apartments. The apartments consist of one or two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen corner and a balcony.
