General information

The luxury holiday complex Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence is being built in the picturesque area of Gramadeto, at the foot of the northern slopes of Pirin Mountain and a few hundred metres from the centre of Bansko. The distance to the first ski-lift station is about 600 m.

The complex consists of four residential buildings and a hotel with unique sports and recreation centres, shops and entertainment facilities. Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence has a lush garden with a total area of 5,000 m2, featuring an open-air swimming pool, solar terraces, beautifully arranged green areas with rare mountainous plants typical of Pirin Nature Reserve, аs well as a specially designed artificial river running across the whole area.

Paradiso Verde Ski and Golf Residence offers different variations of the basic types of apartments: studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most apartments have balconies which provide views over the Rhodope Mountains and Bansko or Rila and Pirin Mountains. Each apartment has a ski-wardrobe. The one- and two-bedroom apartments have an open fireplace, which creates a cosy atmosphere in the living room.

All the apartments in the holiday complex are sold fully completed and furnished with high quality materials and stylish and functional furniture.

The holiday complex has been designed to meet the highest of national and European (EU) standards for all-year-round holiday site and the category of its facilities correspond to a five-star standard. The sports and recreation centre in the complex offers all the necessary services and equipment to provide highly efficient sports and recreation programmes:

Location

Bansko is the fastest growing ski resort in Bulgaria and the most popular winter resort in Eastern Europe. Over the last three years the resort has turned into a luxury mountain all-year-round holiday place thanks to the building of a golf course in Razlog at about 3 km from Bansko. One of the main advantages of Bansko is the considerable altitude of the ski-runs above the town, which accounts for their length and the longer period the snow cover lasts. Among the most popular ski tracks are: Shilingarnika, Todorka and Balkaniada ski runs, featuring modern infrastructure and providing excellent conditions for skiing and snow-boarding.

During the rest of the year, Pirin Nature Reserve, which is among the sites protected by UNESCO, offers exceptional hiking routes, suitable for those enjoying ecological and rural tourism. Thrill-seekers can find opportunities for mountain biking, dry tooling, as well as white-water rafting.

The great number of traditional taverns, some of them with a long history, and the various fashionable clubs provide entertainment and an exciting night life atmosphere.

Furnishing

All the apartments in the holiday complex are sold fully completed and furnished with high quality materials and stylish and functional furniture.

The finishing work includes window framing with noise and thermal insulation qualities, doors made of up-to-date, natural materials suitable for tanning and additional treatment.
The floors of the living rooms are covered with terracotta tiles, those of the bedrooms – with soft and warm carpet flooring. The floor surface of the balconies and the bathrooms is from Italian granite-like and terracotta tiles.
The kitchenettes are convenient and equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances, easy to use.
Each apartment has cable television and internet installed. The heating is central with a separate counter meter for each apartment. The owners of the apartments have a choice between two styles of furnishing – modern or classical, according to their preferences.

Maintenance & Management

There is an annual maintenance fee which applies to all owners of properties in the complex.

This charge is for general maintenance of the common parts - swimming pool, gardens, stairs, lifts as well as 24 hour security guard.
