Location

The residential complex is located at the south end of Golden Sands resort, close to Riviera resort. Both resorts are within minutes walking from each other and offer excellent facilities for water sports, diverse touring events.
The resort of Golden Sands is the largest one on the Northern Black Sea coast. The natural mineral water, coming out of hundreds of metres below ground and the marvellous woods turn Golden Sands into one of the pearls of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. The territory around the resort is pronounced a National park.
An interesting place to visit near Golden Sands is the Aladzha rock monastery which is declared a cultural sight and houses a small museum. The constant temperature of about 27°C and the microclimate of Golden Sands throughout the season make it a wonderful place for having a rest and fun.
In the resorts you can find few casinos, lots of good bars for each taste, mini- golf playgrounds, horse-carriages and attractive carts, water slides.
