Payment plan:
- Reservation deposit of 3000 Euros;
- First payment - 30% of the total price for the property (minus reservation deposit) within 30 days of reserving a property
- Second payment - 30% of the total price - 10 days after completing the level of the building at which the property is located
- Third payment - 20% of the total price - 10 days after the rough construction of the building has been completed and Deeds 14 is obtained
- Final payment - when the whole complex is fully completed and is ready for use

Payments can be made by bank draft or in cash.
