The complex is situated in a plot of over 4000 sq. m. and is surrounded by a beautiful park. It is only 250 m. from the beach. It is divided into two 5-storey buildings, providing a total of 51 apartments. The apartments are variable of size and situation - ranging from studio flats to two bedroom apartments on the top floors, all of them have big terraces, providing sea views.
