Reserving a property:
To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This can be paid either in cash or by bank draft.
Payment plan:
First installment of 30% - within 20 days after reserving a property (until September 2008)
Second installment of 30% - February 2009
Third installment of 30% - July 2009
Final installment of 10% - at completion in December 2009
The deposit is a non refundable amount in case a property reservation is cancelled from the customer and a Preliminary Contract with the Developer is not concluded.
