The "White Coast SPA Residences" complex is situated in the northern Black Sea area, in the White Lagoon resort, a part of the territory of Kavarna municipality.

Payment plan is as follows:
- 2000 Euro reservation deposit (at this point a Preliminary contract for purchase is signed by both parties) - this secures your property for a period of 3 weeks, in which you should make the initial first payment of 60% from the total price.
- Final payment of 40% from the total price - within 3 months of signing the Preliminary contract for purchase. Then the ownership of the property is transferred to the buyer at the Notary. All Notary taxes & charges (about 3,5% from the property price) are at the cost of the buyer.
