  Bansko Heights Ski&SPA complex is characterised by a prime location compared to most other complexes in Bansko. It is just next to a meadow with wild flowers and fragrant herbs and a forest. It is also 30 metres from the main road leading to the ski cabin lift in Bansko.  In the complex area there is a ski run suitable for ski lessons for children and beginners. The only building near the complex is the former residence of the former Bulgarian communist leader Todor Zhivkov. It is a 15 min walk from the gondola station which you can reach with the free shuttle bus of the complex. Nearby, there is a tennis court and basketball yard located at a mountain meadow stream.

  The complex is located literally in the Pirin National Park and the vegetation is all around it. To the east of the green areas there is a path leading to the ski run at the beginning of which there is a cozy nook of the benches and secure fireplace.
