Location

White Coast complex is situated in the northern Black Sea area, in the White Lagoon resort, a part of the territory of Kavarna municipality. The development of contemporary infrastructure and alternative types of tourism are prerequisites for the investors’ interest in the region, and subsequently modernisation of the area.
The international airport of Varna is 45 km. away to the south. It operates during the whole year, 24 hours a day. Apart from the summertime charter flights, the airport serves also several regular international destinations to all Europe.
Currently, the marinas in the nearby towns of Balchik (7 km.) and Kavarna (9 km.) are being modernised and are available for use of boat owners through the whole year. The biggest resorts on the northern sea coast are situated 25 km south of the complex - Albena, Golden Sands, St. Konstantin and Elena, the combined capacity of which is over 150 000 beds. Three golf-courses are located nearby - 'Black Sea Rama', 'Thracian Cliffs' and 'Lighthouse Golf Resort'.

Price

  Payments should be made by bank transfer or deposit in the developer's bank account. Prices include full VAT of 20%. The price includes an underground parking lot for each of the apartments.

  Payment plan is as follows:
- 2000 Euro reservation deposit (at this point a Preliminary contract for purchase is signed by both parties) - this secures your property for a period of 3 weeks, in which you should make the initial first payment of 30% from the total price.
- The rest of the amount - by individual agreement with buyers for a period of 12 to 18 months, interest free.

Then the ownership of the property is transferred to the buyer at the Notary.
All Notary taxes & charges (about 3,5% from the property price) are at the cost of the buyer.
