The complex is divided into 2 sections comprising studios from 38 sq. m., one bedroom apartments from 46 sq. m. and two bedroom apartments from 68 sq. m. All of the apartments have stunning sea views toward Sunny Beach and Nessebar.

- € 1 000 - reservation deposit valid for 14 days (the deposit will be deducted from the first installment);
- 60 % from the price upon signing preliminary contract;
- 40 % from the price upon transferring the ownership.

Maintenance includes:

• All year round security;
• Maintenance of the green areas;
• Maintenance of the swimming pool;
• Insurance of the building in case of fire or any other natural disasters;
• Regular correspondence with the owners of apartments and assuring the access for their guests

Every owner of a property in the complex must pay annual maintenance fee of 12 Eur per sq. m. incl. VAT
