'Balkan Heights' is a newly built holiday complex which is composed of 80 luxurious apartments for sale. For the use of owners there are 4-star hotel facilities, such as:

Location
Ski apartments at 'Balkan Heights' resort are situated in the St Ivan district of Bansko. This area is to the south of Bansko, in the foothills of the Pirin Mountains, five minutes by minibus shuttle to the Gondola Station. St Ivan is emerging as the most prestigious district of the town. The views are terrific across 360 degrees, and the few developments taking place there are of a higher quality than those in the town below. Balkan Heights abuts the Pirin National Park, and its views cannot be affected by any future development.

The furniture is produced from beautiful solid Bulgarian wood, not MDF. The appliances are upper-range Western European brands. A full furnishing service is provided including measurement, interior design, delivery and fitting.
These furniture packs have been carefully designed to meet the requirements for successful letting of the apartments and are available against extra payment.

Maintenance & Management
Maintenance charges are paid by all owners annualy at 11 Euros per sq. m. plus 20% VAT. These cover:
- security
- maintenance of the building
- maintaining electricity and water systems and roof
- cleaning public areas
- utility usage (electricity, water) for common areas
- gardening
These charges exclude private utility usage, insurance, local taxes and rental management fees.
