The unique, picturesque town of Nessebar, protected by UNESCO and representing world’s cultural heritage, is only 3 km away. For residents only, the developer organises regular shuttle buses between all Sunny Day complexes, the beach area, airport, and main places of interest.
Sunny Day 3 Premium stands at a distance of only 25 km. (20 min by car) from Bourgas International Airport and the all-year-round Varna International Airport is about 100 km. away.
Furnishing
All apartments are offered absolutely furnished and equipped. There are various options for furnishing from which customers can choose from the furniture catalogue, available upon request.
Maintenance & Management
Property maintenance will include:
- 24 hour security
- 24 hour reception
- Professional maintenance of the green areas, swimming pools and common areas
- Management of the leisure areas
- Electricity for common areas
Annual maintenance tax is 480 Euros per sq. m.
Price
Reserving a property:
To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 1000 Euros is required. This can be paid either in cash or by bank draft.
Payment plan:
- Deposit of 1000 Euros - refundable after the fifth installment is paid
- First installment of 30% - within 20 days after reserving a property
- Equal installments paid every 3 months until the property is paid in full
- No interest charged
The deposit is a non-refundable amount in case a property reservation is cancelled from the customer and a Preliminary Contract with the Developer is not concluded.
