At the same time, Sunny Day 6 has available facilities and entertainments of any kind: trade and spa centre, fitness and indoor swimming pool, cosmetic and hair styling parlors, restaurant-terrace, cafe and piano bar, supermarket and various shops, internet cafe and indoor amusements, medical centre, reception, etc.
Five outdoor swimming pools, two tennis courts, two minigolfs, various sports fields, several different restaurants with bars, nursery schools and green areas for relax, as well as a contemporary multifunctional amphitheatre are proportionally spread all over the territory of the holiday settlement.
Sunny Day 6 is a confined residential community with restricted car traffic, comprising 1 400 apartments situated in 44 four-storied buildings. There are different type of apartments such as studio, 1-bedroom or 2 –bedroom offering variety of sizes and exposure.
The settlement is relatively divided into two parts which completion is planned for 2010.
Location
Sunny Day 6 is located in the outskirts of Bulgaria’s top summer resort Sunny Beach, only 3 km away from fine sandy beaches and plenty of entertainments. The ancient and picturesque Nessebar town, representing part of a world cultural heritage protected by UNESCO is at a distance of 7 km.
The settlement is 25 km away from Burgas International Airport and 100 km from the one in Varna. The developer will operate regular transport services for owners and guests between the settlement, beach area, airport, other Sunny Day developments and some nearby destinations.
Furnishing
All apartments are offered absolutely furnished and equipped for an additional payment. The standard price does not include furniture, but includes full internal finishing - painted walls, laminated or tiled floors, PVC window frames, double glazed windows, quality doors. There are various options for furnishing from which customers can choose from the furniture catalogue, available upon request.
Maintenance & Management
Property maintenance will include:
- 24 hour security
- 24 hour reception
- Professional maintenance of the green areas, swimming pools and common areas
- Management of the leisure areas
- Electricity for common areas
Annual maintenance tax is 480 Euros per year for each property.
Price
To reserve a property in this development a deposit of 1000 Euro is required.
The deposit is a non refundable amount in case through customer's fault a property is cancelled and a Preliminary Contract with the Developer is not concluded. The price quoted refers to unfurnished property.
The price for the properties in Sunny Day 6 is 390 Euros per sq. m. for properties in phase 2 and 450 Euros per sq. m. for properties located in phase 1.
Additional compulsory charges, serving the property transaction, paid at the builders office include:
- 1000 Euros for a lawyer, who prepares all necessary documents for property transaction
- 240 Euros for opening account at the local electricity company
- 105 Euros - deposit for future usage of electricity
- 450 Euros - payment for 1 piece of air-conditioning unit
Payment plan:
- 1000 Euros reservation deposit (non-refundable)
- Initial payment of 40% within 2 weeks after signing Preliminary Contract.
The rest of 60% is paid on installments for up to 1 year (for Phase 1) and up to 2 years (for Phase 2).
Note: Last installment of 10% must be paid in cash.

from 19 800 Euros for 1-bedroom apartment
from 32 800 Euros for 2-bedroom apartment
These are final prices, including VAT, 'turnkey' finishing, lawyer taxes and air-con, but NOT including Notary taxes, which are approx. 500-800 Euros per unit.
Furniture is compulsory for some units and is paid additionally. For most units, furniture order is only an option (not compulsory).
Furniture prices for studio start from 3500 Euros, for one- bedroom apartment - from 4800 Euros, for 2- bedroom apartments - from 5500 Euros
