This is an exclusive offer for a rare sea front property with a private garden!

The house was built in 2003 and is located about 900 m from the town of Tsarevo and 300 metres from Arapya camp site. The property is situated on a prime line plot and has a private access to a beach which is within 30 metres. There are no other buildings in the surrounding area around the house, which is within the borders of the protected Strandja park, known for its pristine nature.

The building has a solid construction, with internal thermal and acoustic insulation to ensure peace and quiet even during the strongest sea vawes and winds.
Besides the yard of 900 sq. m, the property has an adjacent area of 2000 sq. m. of sea coast area including a small summer bar which can only be used by the property owners.

The bay around the house is very convenient for diving, fishing and sunbathing. It is protected from the open sea with underwater reefs and you could safely land a boat or even a small yacht.

The house has its own water and electricity supply as well as a sewage system. Drinking water is from a private source which has a capacity of of 300 litres per hour (well enough) and a constant temperature of 12 C. Stoves and heaters are gas-powered with portable gas cylinders. The sewage system uses a septic tank with a capacity of 8 cubic metres.
