Setting up a company

With the last changes that were introduced in Bulgarian Law at the end of 2009, setting up a company has never been easier.
The whole process usually takes between two and four weeks but you do not have to be present all the time. All you have to do is to choose the name of your company and sign all necessary documents which will be prepared from our team of lawyers. Alternatively, you can give power of attorney to our lawyers, who will then do the rest, thus saving you precious time and hassle.
