• Periodical testing of the electrical equipment in the building, the swimming pool and the garden and routine repairs;
• Maintenance of a biological wastewater treatment plant.

In addition to the required “Basic Package” of maintenance and management of properties, we also offer value added packages:

SILVER PACKAGE

• Safekeeping of keys;
• Drawing-up a record regarding the condition of the property and an inventory list;
• Monthly ventilation and checking on the condition of the apartment, the furniture, the lighting, the electric appliances, the water-conduit and the sanitary ware;
• Taking care of the plants in the apartment;
• Payment of the monthly bills for electricity and water consumption, internet, satellite TV and security (the bill amounts are not included in the package);
• Arranging for annual insurance of the property if the owner requires (the insurance price is not included in the package);
• Payment of taxes and waste disposal tax (their cost is not included in the package);
• Filing of annual tax return declaration;
• Cleaning of the apartment once per year;
• Collecting and sending any received correspondence to a specified address;
• Preparation and sending of a report on the property’s condition on a quarterly basis.

GOLDEN PACKAGE

• Transfer of the owners or their guests from Varna Airport to the property and back to the airport four times a year;
