Price

  Payment plan:

- Reservation deposit of 1000 Euros;
- First payment - 40% of the total price for the property (minus reservation deposit) within 30 days of reserving a property
- Second payment - 20% of the total price - 10 days after completing the rough construction of the building – expected September 2009
- Third payment - 30% of the total price after the building has been finished and Deeds 15 is obtained – expected October 2011
- Final payment – 10 % when the whole complex is fully completed and is ready for use – expected December 2011
