Obzor Beach Resort

General information

 This is an exclusive holiday resort, located in the small coastal town of Obzor, right on the sandy beaches. There are 550 holiday apartments with a beachfront location in Obzor distributed on 7 buildings. All apartments are well-equipped with terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and life on the beach.
Most of the apartments have already been sold, with very few remaining for sale now. For the convenience of all owners, the resorts also has restaurants, pool bars, mini golf, welness centre, parking spaces, children play areas and many other facilities.

Annual maintenance fee applies for all property owners - this is for security, maintenance, cleaning of common areas, gardens, swimming pools, etc.
The region around Obzor is known as the Bulgarian Riviera. The area is undergoing a controlled and positive development getting among other things a water world, options for horseback riding and fishing, hunting, water sports, relaxation and a short distance to golf courses. Bourgas airport is located 65 km to the south and Varna airport is about 60 km to the north of Obzor.

  Price is final and includes furniture and VAT. Reservation fee is 335 Euros and is valid for 14 days. Within this period you will have to conclude the purchase of the desired property, otherwise the reservation is non refundable.
